Skip to main contentApplications with pending status can be withdrawn by the TPO - for example, if they make a mistake. Once an application has been approved, it cannot be withdrawn by the TPO (this includes applications with pending_renewal status - these cannot be withdrawn, only deactivated by the lender).
Withdrawn applications will be returned by our Fetch all applications and Fetch an applicatios endpoints, but with limited fields - only applicationId, status (“withdrawn”), dateCreated and dateStatusUpdated.
You can listen for application withdrawals with our application_updated webhook. This will notify you that the status field has changed. When you fetch the application from our API, its status will be withdrawn. You can then delete the application from your records.
